Shipping
We generally ship your order within 1-3 business days. International shipping takes longer and varies by country and custom regulations. Please allow approximately 2 weeks+ for international delivery. Once your order has shipped, you can track the status by logging into your account, or through your shipment notification email.
Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.We accept returns or exchanges on US domestic orders in new, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed condition, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized products. International orders may be returned, but due to shipping costs, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.

Damages and issues
We stand behind the quality of our products and inspect each item prior to shipping. However, mistakes do happen. If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right!
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, in the same state you received them. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
